About us
We are Bram and Sylvia van der Laan, having a daughter named Camy.
We hail from The Netherlands where we work in the airline- and insurance business.
While not enjoying our Villa ourselves we rent it out and have somebody else have a wonderful time to enjoy our beautiful villa.
Why Sandy Ridge
We purchased this villa in the summer of 2008 and totally refurbished it.
We were looking for something near the Disney-area and this was exactly what we were looking for.
Having lived here we exactly knew what we were looking for and in which area.
Having all the attractions in the nearby area, Disney is only 10 minutes away, as well as many well-known golfcourses is what we wanted.
FAMS
Our management property is FAMS Management LCC. FAMS stands for Frank Akkerman and Margret Stut.
They moved to Florida in the summer of 2005. After years of experience in managing construction in the Netherlands it was time for a new challenge which they found in Florida.
Now a days Frank and Margret concentrate on the property management for absentee owners in Central Florida as well as construction supervision for new owners.
