Today we had to go see the cardiology for a check up. We had made this a while ago but was rescheduled because of the fact that I had to go back to the hospital. But these days everything feels fine so off to his office (not the hospital) we went. My blood pressure was fine, as it has been all week long, we went though all the meds I am taking these days. Doctor Shah was very satisfied, he wants to see me one more time prior heading home to Holland, so that will be about one month from now. When back in Holland we then will get in touch with the cardiology there and see what they want in regard of medicines and future check ups.
After about an hour we were done and left his office with all the good news, feels great!
After we were done we walked around through the park which is located in Altamonte Springs and enjoyed the lake.
They have already started the christmas decoration in the area, got to come back when it is dark, must be looking good by that time.
Afterwards we sat down and had a bagel with cheese and a cup of coffee and tea. We had to find the shade because it was way to hot not to.
For dinner we stopped at the Whole food Store, a biological store filled with fresh and healthy foods. We took meatballs and potatoes with us.
The we arrived home there was another surprise waiting for me. All of Brams colleagues had sent me bouquet of flowers. Superb, real sweet, thank you!
