Today is Veteran’s Day in The USA.
They hold a special meeting in chapel and we attended this. We also were dressed the right way, Red, White and Blue.
The meeting started with a Patriotic Salute of all kindergarten students.
After that it was time for pledges and songs.
After all the songs all kindergarten students thanked all the Veterans present. This was sometimes emotional as handkerchiefs were needed. You can kind of compare it to May 4th back home.
Afterwards we walked around the neighborhood next to school.
That is where we saw this giant golf cart, this is where all the elderly live and they can be picked up with this cart.
