What can we say,everything is so well taken care of here, family wants to spend the night, not a problem! In fact, it is almost what they all do, rooms are made for it.
Today is TEE test day, exciting..
I was picked up at 10.00AM and Bram and Camy walked with me. I was transported into the “operation” room right away and the infuse were filled with all kinds of fluids. I had to open my mouth so they could put something in so the tube was able to guide in. That is when they informed I was going to be under narcoses all the way. Good idea but I have never done that before, will I wake up again….
But before I knew the test was over with and did I sleep or what. I did not feel a thing, no sore throat. Only a little “blah” of the narcoses but that was it. And in the end, the test was not bad at all, doctor was right!
Back in the room I told the entire story in relieve to Bram and Camy, they, of course, were excited as well, wondering whether or not all was going to be all right. Were we happy or what that the test was over with!
Bram was already been updated by the doctor, he told him that all went according to plan and the heart looked perfectly fine.
Now we only had to wait for the final results of the blood tests, they had taken 10 tubes of blood. They were taken to the lab see if there was anything abnormal to see.
For now, I’m going to take a nap.
