Day 58 – September 19

We did not really do anything today, just a regular Friday.
We did of course attend worship this morning and afterwards we did some grocery shopping.

After school Camy wanted to stop at the Mall of Millenia, just wander around a little. What is going on there …..
Lots of people were standing inline for the latest iPhone, everyone going crazy!

At Moaz, a vegetarian restaurant we had a falafel, more than delicious.
Last week we also had one and we wanted more after that, so it was an chose to make.

Day 15 – August 7

Today we received a card from The Netherlands!
It always feels good to receive one, so thank you Tally!

Day15-01
When you want to surprise us too, do not hesitate and do so,
by mailing it to:

Fam. Vanderlaan
1024 Sandy Ridge Drive
33896 Davenport – Florida
USA

Later in the afternoon we tried to tie-dye two T-shirts.
We will update you with the results later, they are still wet.

Day15-02 Day15-03 Day15-04When we need to do grocery shopping we always need the care, so it
was about 04.00PM when we drove off towards Home Depot. We are
trying to find new carpet, laminate or hardwood flooring.
We took some samples of laminate and hardwood flooring.
Now the only question that remains….. what is the one we want.

Day15-05 Day15-06After visiting Home Depot we got a little rain.
It is always in the afternoon that we get some rain, and let me tell you, it does RAIN!
But afterwards it feels good, temperature drops about 20 degrees which makes up for an awesome night!

Day15-07 Day15-08 Day15-09

Day 12 – August 4

We had to do some grocery shopping today, so off we went.
It might not look as we did a whole of shopping, but that is because of the size of trunk of the car. There are at least 15 bags and enough food for the next week. Normally we do not buy the large sized veggies and all that but today we did buy the large 4lbs ones.

Day12-1We also had received a to do list from school, so we bought school supplies and other items mentioned on the list.
The only things we still needed after we were done, a back pack, PE uniform and a school uniform.

Day12-2When we returned home they were mowing the lawn, which they always do in Sandy Ridge. The H.O.A. made a deal with this company and they take care of the entire residential area. This way the community always looks good and well taken care of, especially for all the rentals.

Day12-3

Dinner time came along and we had: broccoli, tutor tots, corndog and home-made salad.
