To travel in and out the country you mostly bring your suitcase with you, here we have some tips for you to buy the right case!

  1. A good brand suitcase will come with a guarantee for failure, think about parts such as zips, wheels and handles.

Good brands are:

    1. As with everything else, you get what you pay for. Expensive brands have better-quality components. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean they can not get lost in transit.
    2. This expensieve suitcase will also attract thieves, so be sure you don’t spend too much money on it.
    3. Think about the size you need, don’t buy one too big, or to small. The best one is an expandable 26inch/66cm this, in general, is ideal for two weeks.
    4. What about some wheels? Just two or four? Four wheels make it easier to manoeuvre around but also be aware that you always must be able to lift your stuffed case up at any moment. So don’t pack it to heavy!
    5. Samsonite’s Spinners take wheel technology a step further: not only do cases have double wheels at each corner, but, like an F1 car, the wheels at the back are larger than those at the front and there is a handbrake.

  1. Every traveling person is allowed to take a carry-on onto the plane. So your kids can take their own carry-on on board. Take a look a those cute suitcases for the little ones.

    1. Handles should be long enough to tow comfortably and preferably pop-up rather than pull-up.
    2. Hard- or soft-sided? A hard shell can add 10lb in dead weight but does offer contents more protection from damage, thieves and sudden downpours. But a soft-sided case will look smarter for longer and is less unwieldy when storage space is limited.
    3. A coloured luggage strap or a piece of fabric tied to the handle will make your suitcase easier to spot on the carousel, since most of the cases are black.
