Tringgggggg tringgggg, it the alarm clock, 06.00AM!!
We have exactly one hour to get ready, shower, dress and have breakfast.
We have to leave the house by 07.10AM or we will not make it to school in time.
Today is the first school day of a new school year.
First bell is at 08.15AM, second at 08.30AM and everybody needs to be in their homeroom by then.
Teachers had pictures frames ready so you were able to take that “first day of school” picture. They had everything set up real nice with balloons. After we had taken Camy to her homeroom we headed for the Mall. We had until 01.00PM because school was out early on this first day. Normally school is out at 03.15PM.
We stopped by at K-Mart and Lowe’s afterwards. Getting some information on different floors, tiles and hardwood flooring.
Since this is kind of a holiday for us, which feels strange though, we had a coffee and pancakes at Mc Donalds.
At 01.00PM we picked Camy up from school and stopped on the way home to get a bagel at Einstein.
Once home, we got in to the pool right away.
We went through everything that was in Camy’s backpack and the first homework assignment was taken care of.
